Safety Leader Program

A program where someone in each classroom gets trained to be a safety leader in emergency situations will lead to better protection and organization. This solution fits 2/3 of my design principles.

After looking everything over and getting feedback from my focus group, I decided to go with the Safety Leader Program as my solution for my Capstone problem.

How does this affect my Ecosystem Map?

My solution can impact my Ecosystem Map in many different ways. It would help with issues like poor safety drills and lead students to a feeling of safety and comfort instead of anxiety and stress. Students wouldn't have to worry about what to do in emergency situations because there will be someone there to help guide them.
